VICTORY Training Camp
Cashmere Wrestling Club is excited to announce an amazing opportunity for your wrestlers to attend training camp with Coach Mark Sprague! Coach Sprague has over 46 years of in-the-room coaching. He has had the honor to coach 6 Olympians, 1 Olympic Silver Medalist, a Russian Games World Champion, 2 US World Champions, 14 Age Group World Champions, 7 Junior National ASICS Outstanding Wrestlers and many State and National Champions.
This camp will take place November 11-12 @ the Cashmere High School.
**Your wrestler must have their current USA Wrestling Card to attend this Camp** If you need to renew or purchase your card please go to https://www.usawmembership.com/ The cost is $45 for the card.

CASHMERE WRESTLING CLUB
Conditioning Strong Minds, Hearts, & Amazing Athletes
Cashmere Wrestling Club introduces children, both boys and girls, to the sport of wrestling in a fun, low-stress and well-supervised environment. Session 1 is designed for wrestlers of all skill levels (beginner to advanced) and will group wrestlers by experience and weight, to teach fundamental wrestling techniques. Session 2 will continue to reinforce fundamentals taught in the first session, while also teaching more advanced techniques. Both sessions will prepare wrestlers for competition. Opportunities will be made available for wrestlers to compete in competitions outside of training sessions.
